I graduated 2005 in from Brunel University, UK, with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy following my first BSc in Sports Science & Biology. This provides me with a unique combination of physiotherapy with strength and conditioning training and insight. I spent eighteen months passing through the core rotations as a junior before specialising in Musculoskeletal.

Since then I have developed my skill set to provide specialist assessment for a wide range of complex musculoskeletal, sports injuries, rheumatological, orthopaedic, diabetes, women’s health, paediatric and oncological conditions.

I am able to provide excellent evidence based treatments varying from manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, strength and conditioning programmes, rehabilitation post surgical interventions, massage, electrotherapy, Pilates, pre-habilitation, ante-natal and women’s health.

Massage/Myofascial Release Therapist

After two years of studying Holistic Massage Therapy as well as Anatomy and Physiology at ITEC, school of London and graduating in 2016, I passionately threw myself into this fascinating field.

I aim to provide relief to clients who suffer from pain as I know first-hand how debilitating it can be. I have always thought of massage therapy as more of a therapeutic treatment. It can be extremely beneficial whether it is just to calm the body from fight or flight mode or to prevent or treat injuries and everyday aches and pains.

I’m so excited to treat you and to continue expanding my knowledge and skills especially in such an inspiring and dynamic environment such as Back Into Motion.

After graduating in 2014, I returned home and began working at Back Into Motion Physiotherapy in 2015 as a part-time massage therapist. My goal is to intuitively customize the treatment to each patient’s specific needs and to provide effective massages to everyone I treat.

Throughout my years as a therapist, I have worked in professional sports environments, wellness spas, and in the home therapy arena.  I have found that no matter the injury, whether accident, sports-related or emotional, massage can improve the physical and mental functioning of every recipient. Every massage is personally crafted to suit your distinctive needs with a strong focus on a quick recovery.  I deem massage fundamental to health and I am happy to aid you on your path to recuperation and wellness.
