The Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machine is a post-operative device designed to aid in recovery by increasing range of motion, decreasing pain and edema, overall joint stiffness, and adhesion formation. It can be used for conditions such as: post-surgical proximal humeral fractures, SLAP lesions repair, rotator cuff repair, total knee replacement.
The machines are portable and ideal for usage at home. Their easy-to-use controls allow the user to start or stop the unit, adjust for flexion, extension, speed, and pause settings. They provide patients with anatomical, unrestricted and functional movement.
