I am a board certified in Occupational Therapy from Barbados with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University.

I specialise in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation with expertise in treating overuse injuries like tendonitis, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. My practice focuses on comprehensive ergonomic assessments for individuals and corporations, work hardening programs, return to work services and functional splinting.

I am passionate about helping clients regain independence in daily activities and successfully transition back to their professional roles through evidence-based. Maintaining active licensure in both the United States and Barbados through ongoing continuing education, I bring a collaborative approach and dedication to helping others achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
